Patty Brannon - A Legacy of Kitchen & Bath Design
Our Story
Early Influences & Foundational Knowledge:
Patty's upbringing within the family construction business provided a comprehensive education. She learned the intricacies of bathroom remodeling from both the administrative side and hands-on experience on job sites. Participating in tasks like wallpapering, painting, and cleanup instilled a practical understanding of the remodeling process. Her first role outside the family business, at Stephany Associates, Inc., honed her skills in estimating, job costing, project management, and office administration within the HVAC industry, providing a strong foundation for her future endeavors.
Building & Expanding the Family Business:
In 1991, Patty joined the family business, bringing her newly acquired skills to modernize operations and implement efficient systems for order processing, job costing, purchasing, and labor tracking. As the business evolved, becoming Copperleaf Kitchen & Bath Designs in 1995, Patty played a pivotal role in its growth and success. Following the loss of her mother, Lorraine Brannon, a respected kitchen designer, Patty honored her legacy by taking over the kitchen division. She dedicated herself to mastering kitchen design, pursuing NKBA certifications and traveling with her father to continue her education. Her commitment to excellence led to the successful completion of numerous beautiful kitchen projects.
Embracing New Challenges & Opportunities:
In 2008, Patty ventured out to explore the urban design market, opening Copperleaf Urban Design in Pittsburgh's Southside Works. Despite initial success, the showroom was unfortunately impacted by extensive road construction. Undeterred, Patty joined Sims-Lohman in 2011, gaining valuable experience in granite sales and expanding her network.
Continuing the Passion & Embracing New Beginnings:
Following the passing of her father in 2018, Patty found a new home at New Choice Home Décor in Wexford, where she continues to thrive, designing and selling to both established clients and new customers, earning top reviews and building strong relationships.
A New Chapter: Cranberry Township Showroom:
In 2025, Patty is poised to embark on a new chapter, opening her own kitchen and bath showroom in a high-visibility location in Cranberry Township. This venture will bring together her decades of experience, expertise, and established client base. The showroom will feature a wide selection of fixtures, cabinetry, flooring, and countertops, complemented by professional installation services from top local installers. Patty also plans to host events for designers, homeowners, and builders, fostering a vibrant community hub. Joining her in this exciting endeavor is her daughter, Brandy Householder.
Patty was outstanding and amazing to work with... We purchased cabinets and countertops for our bathroom remodel ... Being a business owner myself ..... this is the definition of great customer service... Extremely pleased and highly recommended.
